Leadership coaching with psychological depth
I go to the places most coaches avoid
“Honing my own sense of leadership has had a powerful impact on all areas of my life. Not just at work with my team. I’m clearer in my decision making and I now genuinely enjoy leading from the front. It’s been a game changer.”
— CP
I work with leaders and teams who are good at what they do, but know something is still getting in the way.
WHAT I DO
I work with individuals and groups on leadership development, team culture, communication and presentation skills, conflict resolution, and performance under pressure.
The work is one-to-one or in groups. It suits senior leaders, leadership teams, and organisations that take culture seriously.
Most clients come with a specific problem. The work usually goes deeper than that problem.
"You are really bloody good at your job. You are genuinely the first person I've clicked with and trust. You're intuitive, challenging, smart and kind."
— RH
You’re good at what you do. Something is still getting in the way.
Your team is capable. The culture isn't keeping up.
My Approach
I trained as a therapist before I became a coach. I also played hockey internationally and spent five years helping build a business from four people to thirty-five, working with clients including Deloitte.
That combination matters.
I understand performance pressure from the inside, not as a concept but as something I've lived. I know what it costs to lead a team, manage upwards, and hold things together when the stakes are high. And my therapeutic training means I work at a level most coaches don't reach, the beliefs, patterns, and behaviours that sit underneath the presenting problem.
The work is direct, creative, and at times uncomfortable. It should also feel alive. If it doesn't, we're not doing it right.
I work online with clients globally, and in person for group and workshop engagements.
